The Hill family established Hill Creek Farm in 2018 as a place for our own family to gather and enjoy time outdoors together.

Our family's love for the outdoors traces back for generations, and now we'd like to share that love - and our land - with your family. Come enjoy everything our farm has to offer - from hunting, fishing, gardening, bird watching, and exploring. Relax in our custom-built home, take a dip in the lake, and enjoy our pure, Ohio maple syrup, tapped right here on our property in northern Ohio.
